Mace is an acclaimed cocktail bar located in the bustling heart of Greenwich Village. Cocktail Kingdom (the hospitality group behind Katana Kitten, The Cabinet, Super Bueno) teamed up with decorated international bartender Nico De Soto to create the famous spice-centric, one-of-a-kind cocktails and small bites seen on our award winning menu. With a dimly lit environment and upbeat playlist, Mace is a high volume hotspot for dates and the NYC nightlife scene. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced and dynamic server on a part-time basis, with at least2 years of NYC serving experience (ideally high volume). An ability to multitask in high pressure situations, and cater to a variety of guest needs is a must. EXPECTATIONS: An understanding of wine varietals, beer, and classic cocktails Ability to provide a high standard of service Exceptional hospitality Careful attention to details Cleanliness & Efficiency A sense of urgency Strong communication skills Willingness to work as part of a respectful team QUALIFICATIONS: At least2 years experience serving in a restaurant (ideally high volume) A strong interest in F&B A compelling work ethic Ability to problem-solve and prioritize Must be over 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US
